1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using faangapply ("the Service"), including our website and Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

faangapply aggregates publicly available job postings from major technology companies and provides tools around them: job alerts via Telegram, a web job board with filters, profile-based match scoring, an application tracker, and AI assistance for preparing applications and interviews (resume tailoring, outreach drafts, prep plans, and mock interviews).

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Collect or harvest any information from the Service without our consent

4. Job Listings Disclaimer

Job listings displayed through faangapply are aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job posting. Job listings are the property of their respective companies, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the companies whose jobs we display.

5. No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcomes from using our Service. Your use of job information obtained through our Service is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by faangapply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Company names and logos displayed are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, faangapply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your own member state.

12. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

faangapply offers two paid subscriptions: Pro at $29 per month or $199 per year, and Radar at $9 per month or $59 per year (prices in USD; no VAT is added — we operate under the Estonian small-business exemption). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep paid access until then.
• Plan switches: you can switch between Radar and Pro (and between monthly and yearly billing) from Settings → Manage subscription. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the period; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — first purchase: within 14 days of your first Pro purchase we will refund it in full on request — email contact@faangapply.io from your account email. This is at least as generous as your EU 14-day right of withdrawal: at checkout you request immediate access to the service, and we honour full refunds in that window regardless.
• Refunds — renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable; cancel before the renewal date to avoid them. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails we retry it for a few days; if it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.
• Price changes: we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before they take effect.
