Recruiter screen and (for most SDE roles) an online assessment, one technical phone screen, then a single-day interview loop of four to six 45–60 minute sessions mixing coding, system design, and Leadership-Principle behavioral rounds. A Bar Raiser from outside the hiring team joins the loop and can veto the hire.

- You will develop and deliver compelling narratives that connect AI-DLC methodology to C-level business outcomes (revenue growth, operational efficiency, competitive differentiation) and build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives to uncover transformation opportunities and accelerate decision-making.
- You will create and curate technical content (workshops, reference architectures, demo assets) that enables field teams to deliver AI-DLC engagements at scale.
