As a Software Engineer at SpektrBot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-backed chat assistant designed to streamline access to Ads data and insights for business users. You will drive innovation and facilitate the adoption of Generative AI technologies within the advertising space.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive the technical direction of SpektrBot by designing and implementing robust software solutions that leverage technologies.
- Take ownership of execution, ensuring quality and performance meet our high standards while delivering impactful business insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Sales Managers to dissamgiguate business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experiment and innovate within a highly motivated team environment, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our self-service tools and products.
- Mentor junior engineers in full software development life cycle activities including coding, troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
- Experience in software development, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience in Database like NoSQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
