In this role, you'll combine innovative design thinking with business acumen to create compelling products that revolutionize how people discover, interact, and deep dive unit level economics. You will combine strategic thinking with exceptional craft and pixel-perfect execution. In this role, you'll create sophisticated user interfaces and experiences, while maintaining the highest standards of visual design excellence.
You will play a crucial role in shaping Amazon's customer experience in this space, creating innovative solutions that transform how customers manage their businesses. Your work will directly influence our strategy and contribute to significant business growth.

- Design end-to-end UX for complex and ambiguous financial products and services
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and vision pieces that inspire teams and stakeholders
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs and detailed specifications to engineering teams

- Drive design strategies that align with business goals and customer needs

Design end-to-end UX for complex and ambiguous financial products and services
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and vision pieces that inspire teams and stakeholders
Deliver pixel-perfect designs and detailed specifications to engineering teams
Ensure consistent visual language and interaction patterns across all touch points
Drive design strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life with precision and care

1. Review PRFAQ with senior leaders
2. Define product requirements for a new feature
3. Defend UX decisions and approach to stakeholders and customers
4. Dive deep an escalation with regards to existing functionality
5. Provide updates for a QBR/MBR
6. Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
