About interviewing at Apple

One of tech's least standardized loops: you interview for a specific team, and every stage belongs to it. Recruiter/hiring-manager screen, one to three 45–60 minute Coderpad coding screens, a system design round shaped by Apple's reliability and privacy constraints, and a behavioral round — then a panel debrief. There is no central question bank; questions map to the team's real stack.

Experience designing and building cloud-native microservices architectures with a strong focus on secure programming practices. Experience implementing event-driven architectures, specifically working with SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM). Experience in software testing, test automation, and test-driven development (TDD), including unit and regression testing. Experience in rapid prototyping and applying clean code principles to build maintainable, scalable software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilizing developer and DevOps tools, including Git, GitHub, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines like Jenkins.
