About interviewing at Google

Recruiter screen (sometimes with a short hiring assessment), a 45–60 minute coding phone screen, then an onsite of two to three coding rounds, a Googleyness/leadership behavioral round, and system design at senior levels. The interview packet goes to a hiring committee, and team matching follows — often the slowest step.
