Recruiter screen, a technical screen mixing resume deep-dive with live coding, a hiring-manager conversation, then a panel of three to five 45–60 minute rounds: coding, systems design under hardware constraints, a domain deep-dive, and behavioral. Highly team-specific — you interview directly with the team — with C++ depth expected almost universally and decisions sometimes taking five-plus weeks after the panel.

Background in Specman - advantage
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and debugging skills, with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Exposure to SoC or Full-Chip verification flows.
Familiarity with scripting or automation using Python, Perl, or similar tools.
Understanding of pre-silicon validation, emulation, or post-silicon concepts.
Interest in high-performance networking, switching architectures, or large scale system design.
NVIDIA is widely considered one of the most desirable employers in the technology industry. We are home to some of the world’s most forward-thinking and dedicated engineers, tackling some of the hardest problems in computing and communications. If you are curious, motivated, and excited by the challenge of building high-performance silicon and learning from outstanding teams, we would love to hear from you.
Come join our Switch Silicon team and help us build the next generation of advanced networking chips in one of the most exciting and fast-growing areas of technology.
