Recruiter screen, a scenario-driven technical screen in an online IDE, then a five-round onsite: general coding, a debugging round in an unfamiliar repository, an API-integration round, system design for mid-level and above, and a hiring-manager behavioral. Practical over puzzle: correctness and readability outrank optimization at every stage.
