The France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg TV team drives the commercial and strategic ambitions of Apple's TV business within the region. Reporting to the TV Leads, this team collaborates closely with cross-functional groups across Apple and key external partners—including studios, carriers, and MVPDs—to implement programmes that achieve clear business objectives.

Description

The Apple TV Business Manager provides the analytical rigour, partnership management, and cross-functional coordination needed to drive growth and ensure the business performs against its targets. This role acts as a key contributor to both the day-to-day health of the business and its longer-term strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor business performance against forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of over- or under-performance to ensure regional targets are met. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. Act as the primary commercial point of contact to build, maintain, and expand high-value relationships with studios, carriers, MVPDs, and strategic partners to support with the Apple TV rent and buy offering. Partner with Business Development teams to support negotiations and identify opportunities that deepen partner integration and expand the distribution of Apple TV. Lead cross-functional strategic growth initiatives alongside Business, Strategic Planning, Analytics, and Marketing teams from conception through to execution. Develop and integrate strategies across local partnerships, marketing, and in-app channels to drive sustainable audience growth and long-term business performance. Influence the prospect acquisition strategy and long-range planning by leveraging data-driven insights to prioritise key customer segments. Utilise AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insight generation, and enhance overall operational efficiency across workstreams.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated experience supporting business performance operations, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional reporting within a fast-paced environment. Proven experience coordinating and supporting the day-to-day execution of partnerships with studios, carriers, MVPDs, or comparable organisations. Solid commercial understanding of business drivers, revenue models, and growth levers within a digital subscription, video streaming, or media business. Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify operational insights, and clearly articulate performance trends to cross-functional stakeholders. Professional working proficiency in French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working across multiple markets or within a matrixed global organisation, successfully balancing local and global priorities. Advanced understanding of acquisition and retention strategies specifically tailored to app-based or digital subscription products. Direct experience contributing to long-range strategic planning cycles and customer segmentation models. Experience in structured competitive monitoring and synthesising market intelligence into actionable growth strategies. High comfort level utilising data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) to build dashboards and track business metrics.
